At Verboten Chocolates, we take utmost care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeline: We deliver across India within 4-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹2500. We do not offer COD.

Packaging: All our products are packed with care using insulated, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to weather, festivals, or courier issues may occasionally occur.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We ensure that your order is delivered in factory-packed condition to the shipping address you provide at the time of purchase.

As chocolates are perishable, our guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays, rerouting, or delivery issues if the recipient is unavailable during the first delivery attempt.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the complete address, including name/company name, apartment, or flat number, wherever applicable.

Orders that are returned or rerouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional reshipping or relabeling charges.

For us to evaluate your request for a return, exchange, or refund, we kindly ask you to share a video recording of the product/order at the time of raising the request.

We will review and evaluate your case, and refunds will be approved in special circumstances only. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting 20% (towards shipping and payment gateway charges) from your original payment. The brand also reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of discount codes, redeemable on your next order.

Please note, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. However, if an item is found to be unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you. In such cases:

If you have already made the payment, you may cancel the order and will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
The delivery address provided is outside our serviceable locations.
Failure to deliver the order due to incomplete or insufficient information.
Unavailability of the ordered items.

Once a refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to your account within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank’s terms and the mode of payment used. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.
